Rep Power: 117 | | Can I use this thing to test my Ph of my water? My girly just brought this thing home from the thriffy today! I've seen lots of meters before, but not one like this! Looks interesting! I'm sure it would need a calibration too? The battery I used to test it was a 9volt batt but the two wires would have to be electrical taped to stay on lol I can't find a manual for it either. Any ideas on if this could be used for my purposes? Or should I just stick with the Ph tape? This is a good example of weird stuff we seem to find!! This reminds me of the old TV game show where the contestants had to guess what something was used for lol Power Engineering - Inferring pH from Conductivity and Cation Conductivity |

I don't really know **** but it looks more like a TDS/EC meter then a ph meter to me. I say calibrate it and see what you get. Or better yet try a google search on the case markings.

Rep Power: 117 | | All I could find was what I posted. The article needs to be simplified for me to understand all the formulas on how to convert the reading to give a close idea of Ph. I'm guessing you could only use it with water. LOL I am trolling for a nerd here to explain this thing |
