Default 200w Envirolite CFL intensity.

Morning all. I use a envirolite 200w 6400k and its great. But what is the ideal hight for veging as I found that the internodeding was extremly tight and didnt give the plant much height. Dont want to streatch it either. What do you lot go with?

Mate thats what you want. Tight nodes but a small amount of red with the blue might help. Or 18h of light instead of 24. Cooler temperature can keep them short so try running bit warmer. Or just leave them a bit longer.

no stress with 1 Envirolite 200w you can leave beautiful plants !

if that can help you I item you 3 photographs ?
I worked before with 1 Envirolite 200w… good lamp but a spectrum of 4000°k can better do the growth and flowering or 2000°k for the bloom...
with 200w Envirolite you have what you see on the 2 photographs with 2 plants...sympathetic but not extraordinary. (-for me!)
later I worked with 2 lamp maxgrow of 170w : and that was much better !
maxgrow.org
I remained 2 years like that, rather satisfied…

you will collect well, not problem !!!
