Default 1st grow; CFLs, box in closet, 4 clones and a problem

Hey, first post here just wanna thank you all in advance for helping me out...

In a closet I have a MM grow operation goin' down. I got a 3x2x3 foot tall grow box made out of plywood and painted the inside white.. There's 8 26 watt CFLs that are the 6500k, and 2 42 watt CFLs that are in the 2700k range to balance them out. I'm using Black Gold organic soil, no nutrients as of yet, and watered them last 4 days ago, and switched them to 18/6 lighting 2 days ago.

Here's one problem; on one of our plants (the darkest green and probably healthiest, so-cal master) is curling up. The sides of the leaves are all going up, and some of the tips seem to be twisting sideways.. We figured this could be from heat as we had poor ventilation, but we rearranged it to have the fan blowing down directly where the top of the box was, and we seem to still have the problem, might need even more ventilation but they're CFLs??.. (check first couple pic.s)

Next is the '91 chem dawg.. It has been stretching quite a bit, but the worst part is how the leaves are yellowing, the leaf stems and the stem to the plant are green, but the main stem in some spots are purple but that could be genetics?. I'm thinking Fe deficiency or some other sort of deficiency but am not sure.. The new growth and largest leaves are hit hardest, but the whole plant is affected by it. ALL the leaves are skinny and awkward shaped, one leaf even has one part waayy longer than the other parts... There also seems to be dead spots near the base of the leaves I think all the plants are having this problem at least very slightly but this one has the worst case of it...

Been watering them all with tap water that we pH tested to realize it was at 7, so we lowered it for the last watering to ~6.5. They are all the same age, about 3 weeks (almost) and were grown from clones. Sorry for the poor quality pictures, camera phone. And the small plant on the left of the 2nd to last picture got hit by a fallen light :( and we had to chop the stem, it's still growing but might not be very big.. Same thing sorta happened to our pre-98 bubba but it's growing leaves like it's no big deal (last pic.)...

any comments/suggestions greatly appreciated, happy toking
