Okay guy's here are the first 2 plants in jars for the fifth day now. The larger one is B-WIZ(WW X Papaya courtesy of the most friendly and caring JPB) and the smaller jar is NL#5. Tonights taste testing reveals some changes occurring in the smell big time! I have been opening them for half hour every day and they are smelling different!!!! Okay now for the smoke test(before the finished cure) The B-WIZ: 100% PURE MEDICINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this taste is full on fruit and trust me you are clearly medicated after the second puff! NO BS HERE!!!!! The inhale at thew moment is light fruit and then blasting fruit flavor on exhale. Ash burns perfectly white and thoughroughly. 2 or 3 puffs is absolutely excellent for insomnia,joint and body pains,depression/anxiety/ADD/ADHD and just plain old if ya feel like getting messed up severely for like three and a half to four hours then if ya last that long it's nighty nite.
The Northern Lights #5: far out crazy flower taste that nails you to the floor within seconds of the first dam exhale! Very powerful soaring energetic high with a couchlock ending you wont forget. I WOULD NOT DRIVE WHILE SMOKING THIS STUFF!!!! The B-WIZ is about 70%cloudy and the rest amber while the NL#5 is nearly all amber triched. I have one more B-WIZ drying at the moment and it is ALLLLLLLLLLLLL amber. Very giggly stuff too by the way. The last plant I have growing is now 10 weeks old and is a 5'3" Afghan Haze. It is almost entirely cloudy at the moment and HUGEEEEEEEEEEE! Gonna be some yield coming in on that one and the effect should be rather interesting.LOL

Seriously, though, that sounds like some excellent stuff! Congratulations! Smoking "your own" after all the time and effort must be rewarding, to say the least. I have some one-week-old weedlings going for my first 'real' grow...reading this has impatience and excitement setting in for me!

Yeah it turned out really nice. i'll end up with three different strains with varying trichs so it should be pretty interesting. Will be nice to have variety and I doubt if I get too used to any of these right away.LOL The Afghan Haze has about 10 days left to be a 12 weeker but shes huge and a resin factory now so I cant wait to get that one in and get some water cured for some serious medicine and I will jar cure the rest for that smell and flavor blast. your bud looks great!

i tried water-curing and can tell you that it makes the bud look awful and removes most all of the taste .... my opinion is water curing is best used to make horribly harsh bud smokable.

did you want to do it to remove impurities? you may want to consider a vaporizer ... or eating it if you want to avoid smoking/smoking impurities.

my two cents anyway....

Thank you sweetie and my Wifey says hi back to ya.LOL Thanks for looking.There is really NO feeling in the world like tasting and experiencing pure medicine that you grew yourself. Not manufactured in some lab with a bunch of chemicals and garbage that kills you but 100% all natural medicine! I have water cured some but have not perfected it yet. I am still in search of the perfect container and hold down device for doing small batches at a time. Awesome though to have one puff stuff though in just three days without all the junk in it.LOL Now that is really appealing. I am water curing all of the buds I use for my Oil though as it's just that much cleaner medicine for me to heal myself.
