I wouldn't think any kind of worm or catepillar would do your plants any kind of good. Eliminate them. How long before you harvest? Put up a picture so we can help you. You want to rid your plants of those at any rate

oh i wouldnt even think of using insecticides on your buds. you dont want to smoke toxins, and neither will your mates apreciate it.. pick em off. if theres to heavy an infestation on a bud cut it off and throw it far away.
if its just one or two you can easily pick em out i think. indoor or outdoor?

well it started outdoors, then finished my room then moved it inside. i just read a few other things about the worms and i sprayed the plant with some organic veggie inscets killer, prob got about 2 weeks left efore i pick it. i picked off about 20 or 30 little worms but i would say they are capitillars, sorry no camera yet so i can't take a pic. hope the veggie insect killer works. thank you for the help

i think the main prob was bringing them inside. because its a controlled environment there are no predators to eat them and they dont have any other food sourse... so you probably brought them in with egs on the leaves

Yes, these things SAY organic but arsenic is organic as well and you know what that does!
NEVER spray anything on that you would not eat, onto your buds. especailly indoors as there is no rain to wash it off or any wind to blow it away....be very careful.
I would of suggested something like cayane powder or garlic which would not hurt you but bugs hate the smell of.
good luck.

Thuricide! Baccillus thurigesis (sp), totally organic, harmless to people. I use it every year, caterpillars are what it's made for. Get it anywhere, Wally World, Freddies.. Quick they pop he buds right off!

Sorry to hear about your worm damage. They can ruin some good bud pretty quickly. As long as you cut out all the nasty stuff it will be fine for smoking. I had the same issue a couple years ago. Indoors or out the catterpillars are a menace. Most of them come from those small brown/white moths that fly around at dusk. Check your plants every evening if you can and kill as many of those moths as you can. I mist outdoors with something called Safer Catterpillar Killer. Its food grade and can be sprayed on your fruits and vegetables the day before consumption. It cost about 12 bucks and last for 2-3 harvest. I start misting twice a week as soon as the girls start to flower and I stop about two weeks before harvest and use water only so they get a good flush.
