I am drying my plants . they are in a dark room with a fan blowing and have been there for 3 days the smaller are real crisp is this normal or are they screwed up ???

maybe you could take the small ones down and bag them up while you wait for the bigger ones to catch up?
you can add moisture back in when your done if you feel they're too dry!

You want the buds to be dry to the touch. The thin branches might crack, but the thicker ones will be still bending. That's about how dry your buds should be before you start your cure. Move your buds into a sealable jar and burp them daily for a week. That's a total of about 2 weeks, for a smokable cured product.
