Very nice Zig kinda reminds me of the ole days with the blonde and red lebenese we used to get. Nice sweet tasteing different from the black tar tasteing stuff out there.

I will try this method for sure.

Thanks 18. It's a great way of recycling. If you're growing good bud this is free manna.

How do you think this method would work in a food processor or a big kitchen aid mixer ?

I suppose a bread machine would even work (on the DOUGH setting)

but this would definetley be on a smaller scale than what you have going on.

Nice Tutorial

Hi SomeDude, the collection process is the abrasion of the ice knocking the Trichs off the scraps. The water is simply, the recovery method. With that in mind, adjust it to your own scale. The more you puree the material, the more plant matter you end up with. But, just cause it's green it don't mean it won't hurt you...

heh.. green is good
now just to find some cash for some bags...

made my first batch of butter out of that big plant i had to cut down about a week ago yesterday. it has this real light green tint to it, so im ok with that Im gonna have to find someone who has been sober for a while to test it out, I don't think i would be a good test candidate for potency.. Even though my hands were pretty sticky from cutting it down and it still had like 6 weeks "to finish"

Ordered my bags yesterday so I can't wait to try this out! I think I will start breaking the leaves up and put them in the freezer, figure out where to get the ice from and get ready before they come! I am pumped! I will let you know how many lbs I have of trim to do. Should be radical!

Hi Jangel... When you get the bags, check for any cracks or loose seams, hold them against a strong light and examine the vinyl for tears. Any defects can be fixed with a little hot glue. The kiss of death in bubble is infiltration of plant material while processing. This will be a lot of fun for you, enjoy.

Thanks Zig. I also have an industrial sewing machine....a little toy I picked up at an auction so if they rip or anything, I can fix them. but I will do the hot glue first.

Man, I must be really old or, out of touch because this doesn't look like any Hash I've ever seen or smoked. I'm not dismissing it, just find it a bit out of the ordinary. I'm presuming this is done because you are not using the Buds to make the Hash, right? This is the Fan leaves and trimmings from harvest.

How is this Bubble Hash compared to that Hash Oil you can make ?

Richard... Bubble became a fixture in home growing a couple of years ago. As growing methods improved people noticed that fan leaves and other trim had massive amount of Trichomes left for the taking. These Trics are just as potent, there are just are not as many of them. So, how do you consolidate the smokable material ?, bubble. If you use buds, you'll get more of the purer grade but, any grade will stone you into tomorrow. I don't use buds because, I live for the buds. The 60's hippie in me, lives for big ole stinky buds. I turn everything else into bubble. The caveat here is, that your bubble can only be potent as your grow, if you grow weak buds ,you'll have crappy bubble.

Thanks Zigzagman, let me ask you your opinion on using the leaves from the male plant I just killed last night. It was about 2-3 weeks into flowering when I was informed it was indeed a male.
I cut all the leaves off and put them in a paper bag to dry.
Am I wasting my time and effort on such materials ?
