I am still testin this theary, But I have seen incredible bud grown under CFL's.
Don't get Roseman started he will tell you how great they are!! HEHEHE!!

dont get me wrong, i love cfls.... ive never used hid's, ive just heard that the density increases if you use them.

Only with a 1000w Hps, I am using a new 400w and it's not that great.
The only thing better than a 1000w is two. Or the mythical 5000w Hps

i just upgraded from floro tubes and cfls to a 400 w for flowering...

you mean that wasn't a good decision?

Depends how big you want to go. Next you can upgrade to a 1000.

My 1000 burned out, and I don't have room for it anyways. So now I'm running a 400, They still work great but they aren't a 1000w Hps that for sure...

i don't have the room, venting, cooling, or money to upgrade to the thousie...

a 600w maybe in the future...

but i have a 2x2 flower room... the 400w should grow some fairly nice cola's SOG style in there i figure...
