I had the same thing on a plant from my last harvest. I noticed single calyxes on a couple of fan leaf stems.

yep on one of my last plants i had a calax on stem then 180degrees on the other side were the pistoles for that calax...deformities happen...just dont use that plant for breeding an your golden...peace
