Hi passion2grow,I'am doing a dwc grow and ebb&flood cab.DWC is Deep water Culture. It's where the roots grow down into the water.I just started a dwc grow you can check it out here in the hydro secton. It is so easy to do.An air pump and airstone,5 gal bucket with lid,net pot and some grow medium and nutr and the plant or seed and you are growing.Hope that helps.PEACE

'deep water culture'
its just a 5 gallon bucket with a lid, dropped through the lid is the netpot, which sits just a little above the water.
and then you just get n airpump and airstones, drop the airstones in the bottom of the bucket and your bubblin away...let me do a cheasy drawing for you

I got 9 ounces of dried cured buds off of a 4 and half foot tall Northern Lights/White Widow cross, grown indoors in a Bubbleponics system designed for 6 small sea of green plants. I have the pics. If I had flowered another week or two and let the fluff buds grow more , I would have gotten more. I have seen 16 ounces off of one plant hundreds of times from an outdoor Sativa strand.
If I was going to do my first indoor Hydro grow today, knowing what I know now, and could not afford a KIT or System, I would do a five gallon bucket grow, and VEG for 8 weeks and Flower for 8 to 9 weeks.
If anyone wants to try thier first Hydro Indoor grow, there are a dozen EXPERTS here with experience that will help you step by step, whether you use a Kit or DIY. I for one, will be glad to be here everyday to help anyone.
If anyone wants a StealthHydro Bubbleponics Kit, let me know. I can get you a 5% discount.

Here's a side by side comparison of some "Beast" one in hydro one in dirt. You tell me if you see a difference. Both planted on the same day. Also go look at my post on 9/6 to see the huge amount of growth in 4 days...lol. Another fun thing about hydro is you notice the growth every morning, it's like a little Xmas every morning.

What did Hydro Clause leave me...lol. I am pretty much 100% sure that I am going to go all hydro before the year is done. This is coming from a dirt farmer.

lol I wish I think the plants have good "genes" my friend. I am no chemist...lol. But I will encourage you all to at least try the Botanicare line, the Pro Blend they seem very gentle on the plants.
