No, but this was a little while ago, I did trim them, I took clones gave them a week and started to flower, I think two of them are males. If you are doing a sog you could probably cut the veg time down.

Notice how the one plant has those gangly lower branches? I was wondering if I could scrog the lower branches on all my plants, use one light on the scrog part and another light on the upper plant...maybe one day I will try it, I have to think it through first

Bro, so sorry it took me so long to see this question. We had company last night, and I didn't get to get on here. I've done three of the Bubbleponic grows, and I learned more from each grow.
I've been banned at the other site, so I do not know if my threads are still there or not.
1, go to stealthhydro.com and look for the free pdf instruction download, we just re-wrote and revised it. Most of your questions are answered in it.
2, remember to spray a pesticide around the edge of the walls, before you get started. Spider mites and other criters are attracted to the humidity and water and plants.

Start by germinating your seeds, and you can do that several ways. You can germinate them first, outside the cubes, wet them in clean water, lay them on a doubled wet paper towel, fold the wet paper towel over on them, wet them again, and have the wet paper towel on a plate, and cover that wet towel with the seeds in it, with a big bowl. Keep them in the dark and in 3 or 4 days, look to see if you see a little sprout. Any lenght of root is OK. With tweezers, put them in a wet rockwool cube. Try not to touch them with your hands.
OR just start the seeds in the cube, be sure the cube is wet, and have the Bubbleponic feed tubes going to each cube. NO NUTES YET!
NO NUTES YET ! No nutes until you see those two little leaves.then use 1/3 TO 1/4 nutes.
The little plates, (bottom of styrafoam saucers) keep it dark, and wet if you started the seed in the cubes. If the seed is germianted and sprouting out, have a one inch hole in the center of the styrafoam, so the sprout grows thru. The plate holds in moisture and keeps the lights from hitting the rocks and cube.

My first two grows, I started the seed in the cubes with WATER ONLY. I let the tubes wet them,and in 5 days, I saw sprouts, with two leaves. When they were two inches tall, I added a level teasspoon of the GROW and MICRO nutes.
My third grow, I started the seed in wet towels and put them in the cubes when i saw a little sprout. 1/3 to 1/2 nutes will not yellow or harm them, AFTER they are 3 or 4 inches tall. at about 4 or 5 inches tall, I went to full strenght nutes.

The MICRO nutes really strenghten the stems, so they stand up! If you waited until they were 8 inches tall, they'd fall over and be too tall !
This is a pic of plants ONLY 14 days out of the cube! They are about 6 inches tall, and have been on nutes for 7 days!

The lights were raised to take the pic, I kept them 3 inches above the plants.

thank you rosey,i just put them in the rockwool to day,i germinated them in the wet paper towel,i put bout 1 an 1/2 inch hydrton rocks then rockwool put the seeds in root down bout a 1/2 inch into the rockwool no nutes was added coverd them with the plates turned the pump and airstones on and smoked a phat one,it took a lil over 30 hrs for all 8 nirvana snow whites to germ in a paper towel two plates on top of my cable box i am impressed!!!!!

you will have the lights OFF, pump is pumping pure water to the cubes, and in a few days, one morning when you get up, or one evening when you get home from work, you will see little two leafed sprouts poking thru, looking for light. Give them the light! The next day, 24 hours later,they will be 4 inches tall. THEN THEY ARE READY FOR SOME WEAK 1/3 to 1/2 strenght nutes.

Bro, listen to Giggles, he knows his Hydro-Bubbleponics too. He is telling you right.

It is not rocket science! You have leyway, or a margin of error that is very broad. One amazing thing about this system is you get leniency for mistakes and errors because of the tube feed flow. IF you fed them too young, too early, too much, you will see yellowing. Then you put them on 100% pure water, no nutes and in a day or two, they will correct and heal themselves. It is very forgiving of errors.
The rapid growth is amazing, I mean two inches a day! That is 2, 4 , 6 inches tall in 6 to 10 days! I hope you post pics and start a journal here.
Those first 2 to 14 days are somewhat critical, but if you screw up, you learn, and start over. After 14 days, it would be hard to kill them dead! They can always be revived!

The plants in the dirt pot in the pic are the same age as the Hydro. I started them int he dirt to compare and to have a spare in place I messed up and killed one, which I did do with PH Up and Down, Up and Down, Up and Down. 5 revived and one died and I replaced it. I saw my sprouts pop thru Jan 14th, put in the cube on Jan 10th, this pic was taken Jan 27th, 13 or 17 days later, depending on what you call the start day.
