Newbie+aeroponics+diy+600w Hps=?

hi ppl

has anyone got any aeroponics experience. im thinking os building my own.
what i had in mind was ...

VEG CLOSET 1m x 1m
1 x 600W HPS
1 home built from large container ant whatever tubing AEROPONICS system for 8 plants SOG type grow unit
1 x 50L nutrient bucket (or whatever)

CLONE and/or MOTHER CLOSET

4 x 55W FLUORESCENT light system
small clone chamber for up to 12 clones and
3 x different strains of mother cloning plants ( so i dont get bored with what i smoke)

i was thinking of making it a perpetual harvest system like harvesting 2 or 3 every 2 weeks
ok.. thats the dream

any ideas for this?
anyone done anything like it?

help?

Hey ileso,I'am ebb&flood system guy.The mister and spair heads clog up way to easy.The flood tray is easy to use and alot less problems one line in and one drain back to the res.Simple is the best and works better than most systems. Peace

i just put my first crop into an aerojet 24. boy was i scared at first, they seem to be doing well after 3 days. i am really excited now. i will let you know what happens. right now my ppm after 3 is 734 and my ph 6.2. gonna lower it today and probly top off my res. i went from dirt to aero. did not do hydro. been growing for 15 years tho. would love some input about ph ppm anything that might help. thanx all and be kind

Hey Madmax,How old are the plants.with seedly with threesets of leaves I run the ppm's at 300 to 400 and the PH from 5.5 to 5.9 ,5.7 is my target PH.When you top off it will lower the ppm's just PH the top water and you are good to go.As they start to grow bump up the ppm's alittle and go from there.What nutr are you using?
