:d:well i just started to build a new grow room, it will have 3 tables that are 4x3 and each table will have 9 plants each, there will be 2 400metal halids for veg and 2 1000w hps for flowering all are cool tube. It will also have a very large exhaust filter with a 640 cfm fan, the lights will be cooled with a 440cfm fan. I also got a good ac unit and very big air pump for bubbles. Here are some pics of the gear, i will post as the build goes.:d:

looks great, i will watch this DWC grow Chuck - how did you solve to get access to the tank to meter the water or change it, a hidden ball valve and drain tube?

I ALWAYS LEAVE ONE HOLE OPEN[black dot in pic] AND I DEVISED A WAY TO LIFT THE TOP UP 6 INCHES WHICH LETS ME WASH MY RES AND INSPECT THE ROOTS. IN THIS NEW BUILD I WILL BE BASICALLY DOING THE SAME THING WITH THE NEW RESERVOIRS. I USE THE OPEN HOLE TO ADD WATER EVERYDAY AND TO TEST THE PH AND TEMP. I HOOK UP A LITTLE GIANT PUMP TO THE TAP AND PUMP THE WATER INTO THE WASHING MACHINE DRAIN AND THEN USE THE SAME PUMP TO PUMP MY NEW NUTE SOLUTION BACK IN FROM MY MIXING STATION. IN THE ONE PIC U WILL SEE THE BLACK PIPE UNDER THE LID IT IS FOR PUTTING WATER DOWN SO THAT IT WASHES THE RES FROM THE BACK TO THE FRONT WHERE THE DRAIN IS.

NEW PROJECT ON HOLD DUE TO EXTREMELY NOSY NEIGHBOR. THE ROOM IS 3/4 BUILT NOW BUT THE NEIGHBOR HAS DECIDED TO BEFRIEND US WHICH ISNT BAD BUT IT MAKES IT HARD TO DO MAJOR CONSTRUCTION ON THE HOUSE WHEN SHE ALWAYS WHATS TO SEE THE PROGRESS[she is 89]. HOPEFULLY I CAN GET SOMEONE TO TAKE HER OUT FOR LUNCH SOON SO THAT I CAN FINISH ALL THE LOUD WORK LIKE CUTTING HOLES IN THE FLOOR AND INSTALLING THE AC UNIT, ONCE THAT IS DONE THE REST WILL BE EASY TO CONCEAL.

I feel for you chunk, you gotta get along with the neighbors.

My neighbor is a cop, so even though I have my medical before I started I walked over and told him what I was going to do to see if he had any objections.

Im hangin in there Chunk...it has been a real s**t storm lately...A friend of mine just died last week...he lost his battle with cancer...so I've been a bit bummed.

On the other hand my plants are doing great...I have group of plants flushing and will harvest in the next 11 days or so depending on how the trichs look...my yield will not be what I am used too...had major issues with temp spikes this round but I got it all dialed in now...so my next cycle should be bangin again...Once I can find my camera I will post some pics.

Anyhow brother...goodluck with the new room...and be safe out there dude.

WELL THINGS HAVE BEEN REALLY NUTS LATELY SO THE NEW PROJECT HAS BEEN SLOW, BUT TODAY I WAS ABLE TO SPEND SO TIME FIGURING OUT THE AIR SYSTEM. I WAS A BIT CHALLENGING BUT I THINK I HAVE IT NOW, SO I FILLED THE TABLES UP AND WAS TESTING THE AIR PRESSURE WHEN I NOTICED THAT THE ONE TABLE WAS LEAKING WATER. THINGS ARE NOW ON HOLD AGAIN UNTIL I CAN GET TO THE HYDRO SHOP FOR A REPLACEMENT TABLE. HERE ARE SOME PICS OF THE TABLES, I WILL POST PICS OF THE ROOM PROGRESS SOON, IT IS LOOKING GREAT, I JUST HAVE TO HANG THE FILTER AND FAN BOXES AND THE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT. THERE IS ALSO SOME WIRING THINGS TO DO AND HANG THE LIGHTS. I HAVE ALREADY FRAMED AND INSULATED THE 6 BY 8 BY 7.6 ROOM WITH 4 INCH R20 INSULATION, AND HANG THE WHITE PLASTIC. THE ROOM AND TABLES HAVE TO BE DONE BY THE 5 OF SEPT SO ITS GOING TO BE BUSY BEFORE THE CLONES GET HERE ON THE 5 OF SEPT[blueberry].

Ya your right i have to move on the 1 sept but this gear will be set up at another sucure location and grown buy someone else with help from me.

Just trying to pass on what i have learned so far including set-up and growing from start to finish in hopes that they will pass it on also.

Hey chunk, you did good by getting that size air pump.How much does it put out.The next pump I pick up is going to be the ALITA-L-60A.That well be more than I need so it wont work so hard to put out the air.Good choice on the pump.Looking good on the build.I found at lowes they have the nylon bolts and nuts too.I use them alot.I have and do drill and tap hole in pvc and hard platices and use them that way too.No salts rusting out the metal boths.Realy a nice build keep it up and do pass it on. HA TOKE THE AIR PRESSURE IS 1.85psi AT 36WATTS AND PUMP IS A C-A0 MODEL; AP-40. I HOOKED IT ALL UP YESTERDAY FOR A TEST RUN AND IT PUTS OUT A TON OF BUBBLES OUT OF THE 18 1FOOT AIR STONES. I ALSO TOOK APART A VERY LARGE EXHAUST FILTER A MADE IT INTO 2 - 2.5 FOOT TALL FILTERS THAT ARE 18INCHES AROUND THAT WILL BE HOOKED UP TO MY 654CFM CAN FAN. I WILL BE UPDATING THIS POST TOMORROW WITH PICS OF THE ROOM PROGRESS AS IT HAS TO BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY BECAUSE THE 27 BLUEBERRY CLONES WILL BE READY TO GO IN

HA EVERYONE!. WELL I HAVE BEEN WORKING HARD TO GET THIS PROJECT DONE, AND TODAY I MADE SO GOOD PROGRESS, WE INSTALLED THE EXHAUST FAN AND FILTER, AND THE FAN THAT COOLS THE LIGHTS INCLUDING CUTTING THE HOLES IN THE FLOOR AND WALLS. TOMORROW I WILL BE INSTALLING THE BREAKER BOX AND TIMER AS WELL AS HOOKING UP THE REST OF THE ELECTRICAL PARTS AND INSTALLING THE TABLES AND THE AIR SYSTEM. HERE ARE SOME PICS FROM TODAY.
