Hydroponics Feeding Schedule

Hey Madmax420,I'am going to call you mad or max for now,You are under standing ppm's.The water you start with has a ppm number lets say 245 ppms is the water.The first week the ppm for GH 3-part nutr is 200 to 400 ppms.This is clones and seedly.You can use the weekly feeding charts at hydroponics.net at the top of the page click on infor and you will see all the charts.You have 6gal res for week one ppm's should be 400 to 800, 15ml grow 15ml mirco 15ml bloom.You know the water is 245 ppms and you mixed the nutr and your ppms is 743ppm you are fine.Now if the ppm's were high like 1000 and higher take 2 gals of the mix from the 6 gals and replace it with plain PH water{distilled if you have it}This will lower the ppm'sBesure to always mix the mirco in the water first and stir it well.Then add the grow and bloom.Adding anything to the water before the mirco can lock out some needed nutr.As the grow go's along the ppm's will rise and fall.when they rise top off the res with ph water and when the ppm drops down low it time to change the res.I set my res up at PH 5.6 and this time it's week 9, 20gals water I mix the nutr by the chart for 18 gals.My ppm's are 1450ppm and the chart says 1000 to 1400 ppm's.This is how I keep the ppms in side of the range on the charts.A couple times growing hydro and you will see how much nutr they will hanndle and not burn.You guys are doing great keep it up.
