I just bought a 32oz container of Great White($220). How often should I put this stuff in my reservoir if I change my nutrients every week? If I were to put 2oz of Great White in my 50gal reservoir's, this stuff would run out pretty quickly.

Don't change the rez 'every' week.

Every other week , 10 days - if cycle allows.. saves BIG $$$.

It isn't hard, you probably already know, to figure out how many parts of each of your nutes to raise ppms 80-100 at a time with addition of 'top offs'.

Dern, I must be a cheap flock, cuse I don't want to spend the $3.50 it costs to go get the 20 gallons of RO (well mabey 'I'm lazy!) that I would need to change the rez every week..

So.. Lucas formula (modified 0G-8.5M-17B / Gal) + (1ml/Gal) = 1000ppms and do not change rez, until next grow...
every 10Micro & 20Bloom (GH) in a gallon of RO addback raises ppms 90-100 ppms, close enough for me...It's not for everyone.

Some times when I get too aggressive with nutes, will vacuum out 2 gallons of juice and add back 2 gallons of straight RO (each gallon of RO (in my rez) lowers ppms about 85 parts... this practice can also help if PH gets out of wack. That is for everyone.

The more i type this and think, yes.. I'm lazy...

It's good stuff...as is the Humboldt nutes "myco Madness" (less expensive)

I rationalize such prices/uses this way and it softens the blow at the register for me.

In the scheme of things....yes...it's $220.

however, what is that if you were still purchasing your meds...maybe a 1/2 z?

Do you think you will make up that amount via using this product throughout your entire grow?

I would answer YES....and I would use it as directed, regardless. (OK, maybe 3/4 strength 'cus they all want you to use more and buy more sooner..but I digress)
