germination ???

what exactly are the pros to germinating my seeds....do i just put the seed on top of a moist towel and cover with a bowl for a few days until sprouting ?

i put my seeds in rw cubes on a plate of water to keep moist an put em into the veg chamber..usually after a day i have little sprouts with cotys on em..some take 3-4days..but usually a 100%germ..only a few strains i had prob's with..peace

does moist towel, under a bowl, in a warm place work just as good......and being winter time, whats a good warm place to set it in

yea it should be fine..personally i dont use the towel method cause you gotta touch fragile roots when transplanting....ontop of dvd players works ...anything that emits heat will work...peace

I put mine on top of the refrigerator. They stay warm and I can remember to check them for moisture because they are within sight.

i use the paper towel method but i dont use a plate i use a tupperware lid and place into a ziplock bag and place on a vent and in a day or so i have atleast a 1/4" tap root.

I use the papper towel method and a zip-lock bag.Put the zip bag in a paper bag and in the kitchen cabinets above the refrigerator.Two days 3 and 4 sometimes but they pop.Use tweezers to plant the fresh pop seeds the little tail down.One thing I learn is not to use tap water straight out of the tap.It has chlorine in it and will kill your hatching babys.I use spring water and all the seeds pop.Do put them in a dark place too. PEACE

i keep my seeds under light with the rw cubes..as soon as it breaks the surface it has green coty's 1-2 days...peace
