fox farm and questions

well due to the fact of the root rot i got from my mistakes with the sh bubbleponics system i have had to start over again,i am eager to learn this art of growing,with the help of roseman and giggles i now have the proper way of setting it up.the stuff i plan on useing in this grow is fox farms 3 pack i have,grow big,big bloom,and tiger bloom,does anybody have or use these? i am starting with seeds i have bleached everything,recleaned it with h2o2 and water,my seeds have cracked open with the root coming out,i also have cal-mag , liquid karma,hydroguard,and sensiezyme.when do i add what?i know to wait till i see the first 2 leaf's before i add nutes,do i follow ff feeding schedule or will that be to much? do i add the cal-mag right off rip or wait till i add the nutes? is it safe to start the system with water and the hydroguard only before the first set of leaf's? and when do i use the sensizyme? any help will be great....i like sh nutes but i have the ff line now and would like to try it out,when do i add the liquid karma? thank you for help and time

hey 420andacivic if no one can get back to you on the FF in hydro, just remember less is better. Maybe try 1/4 of the reccomended dosage at first see how the plants seem to be liking it then build your way up to full strength over time....You can add LK, and Cal Mag right away if you are using distilled water...low cal and mag levels. The hydroguard can be added now too, small doses though I believe it calls for 1-3 tsp per gallon try using just one tsp per gallon if that is the case. Under do see how plants do and then build up...you'll get the hang. Wish i could help more but I do not know FF that well.

Don't be freaked..I'm betting it was a high temperature issue. Keep your buckets/water below 75..cooler if possible..and add the Hydrogaurd and you should be OK all Winter.

Treat the FF nutes as you would any chem nutes. Easy does it....and flush occasionally...

Hello 420,To start with what kind of water are you using?Like giggles said if you are using distilled water you will want to add cal-mag.Distilled has no cal in it.I have a foxfarm feeding chart and post it for you.FF says to use 1/4 strenght until rooted.i would keep it simple and just use the 3 FF you have and cal-mag if your water is distilled.You will get the hang of it and see what you need to do.I myself use General Hydroponics 3-part and thats all for now.Later I will add koolbloom in the flower stage.Do it simple the couple of times and you will learn whats happening.PEACE

yeah i am useing distilled water,i put some cal-mag in it and some hydroguard,i corrected some of my mistakes from before like fixing the feed tube instead it being at the top of the rockwool its butted against the bottom,got the tops covered seeds are in,i put more hydrton in the cups now they go to the top of the net cups,i just gotta keep the rez cool and i think we will be on our way again

I use fox farm 3 parts but dont use feeding tubes I use them in aero setups with misters spraying my net pots. i follw the fox farm chart and upped the amounts over time to find my particular setups max amount of nutes so basically im at around 800 ppm at start and finish at around 1300-15000 pmm.I dont use the other stuff you have but I use h202 from grotek and sweet as my additives.

I use foxfarm in hydro, amounts depend on age of the plant.
