Default A break

Thanks Ice & pappy,I have been watching these two plants today and one of them the tops are ram horn curling under. This means it is getting to much nitrogen.Just the one plant. The other one is doing find.I switched to 12/12 and bloom nutr today so the nitrogen should drop and they will be ok.I did retime the floods the pump runs 10 mins every 4 hours and it takes about 5 to 8 mins to drain back.If it dosnt like that I'll only flood 5 times in 24 hours.Just about got this one dialed in. Now it's getting the nutr dial in with it and I'll be set.I guess I have use GH's nutr so long that I'll have to learn GL nutr levels for these girls. The two pixs with the temp meter in it is the one that not curling, the other 4 pixs are of the sick girl. Peace

Hey Iceice. You keep your seeds in your frig? I couldn't as I have kids around all the time. Right now I have them in my night table but I wonder where the best place to store them is. Any clues?

Sorry Toke, didn't mean to hijack your thread, just an interesting point Iceice made.

Your plants look superb. Really nice and healthy. Are you using the GL or what are you using? Thanks.

hey Jangel, yea ive read in a bunch of different places that the fridge is the best place to keep unused bean's. i think the lower temp puts them in a kinda dormant stage and keeps their life expectancy much longer. Im sure that storing them in a mild, dark area is just as good but you might have a slightly lesser shelf life with that...still though should be atleast a few years.

Toke, dont worry man they will be ok like you said since you switched over to bloom nute's with less nitrogen they should bounce back pretty quickly. nitrogen overdose is not as bad as it sounds...few days they should be back in the saddle. they are still lookin good though, regardless of overdose!

Default Update&PIXS

Well I moved two of the little ones out before they got blocked from the light. The two that are left are growing good now.One I think is a male, not sure and till it shows some more.I hope not, cause these two are nice and bushy. If they do turn out males I have 8 clones rooting and getting ready to go.Time will tell. Peace

Got some more pixs. The one on the left dose look to be a male. But the other one looking female.I dont have macro on my camera so I tryed using a magnify glass and took the pixes. You can see the little balls starting the form.I think the rest of the clones are female. So this doesnt happen again. Peace
