With the 200 to 300 cash you can get a good light. I would go with the HPS. If you keep it on 24 hours it will veg the plants very well, then switch to 12 hours on, 12 hours off for flower.

You do not have to buy over the internet to shop! Just window shop, mate! Ask your wife how that works! When I said we could go shopping I did not mean you have to buy it over the net. IF you pm me the link to the hydro store I will advise you which light they have, to get.

Do not get me wrong, CFL's work great, no doubt at all. But with a better light you have far more hope of success and a higher yeild. I wish I had bought an hps when I bought my big light. I guess my hydro guy saw me coming and sold me a metal halide light. It works great but I would prefer the HPS.

Hey guy's thank you for being so interested in my baby's. You wouldn't believe the day I had today. The suspense itself was killing me this morning. I woke up at 7 oclock on my day off to be at a store at 11 when it opens and it only took me 45 minutes to get there. Ok. I get to the shop and the dude Bryan was extremely nice. The website has no comparison to the actual shop itself. This man has been a teacher of hydroponics for 7 years. The information that he gave me and the info that i've received at the site has given me a new insite of this indoor growing deep cultivation. After all the day was great. He offered me two lights that will work for me for the next four weeks for free. Yeah I know I'm extremely greatful and just for that his business will receive all my expenses. Here are some pictures of my new lights. You guys on this site have really inspired me to not be just good, but to be great with it. Now my next step is to get the big lights four weeks from now when it's time. I'll also have external ventilation.
