Also Tokecrazy is our resident hydro flood and drain/ebb and flow mod. Check out his cabinets and his posts.

Yes, our Hobo is wonderful. He is our virtuoso! And a great videographer as well!

Also check out ISO2BWELL. Look in the Green Passion FAQ. There is a whole section on ebb and flow/flood and drain. From set up, to harvest. Includes lots of tips and all kinds of priceless info. I am a dirt grower so I can't help you.

Have fun!!

1st,

i am currently running two 3x3 ebb n flow trays in a SOG style grow. they hold 36, 5 inch pots per tray.

res is 30 gallons for one tray 20 gallons for the other. they stay relatively stable once you get them their. its a pretty easy system to run, and i am pretty new to hydro only about a year of experience now. you just have to set up your pumps, timers, air stones, etc. and mix up your nutes. ph/ppm/ec it and your good to go for about 10 days...the bigger the res the less you have to regulate.

what kinda ebb n flow are you thinkin of setting up? ...it sounds like it will be a good one to watch!

im still working on getting a sigle cola plant...i trim and trim but when i start to flower they somehow bush out. what is your technique?

Ice

hi all and a big thank you for all the positive replies.

ok ill check out all the diy and tutorials etc.

hey ice single cola easy mate.

just place plants into flower as soon as they have reached 4-6-8" in height and they will branch out so little it just forms into a fat ass bud cola.

ok so i do from clones so if your doing seeds then it would be harder to get single cola due to vegging period and the fact plants grow branches.

ill fully document my next grow from taking clones to harvest time to show ya all how its done.

thanks again dudes
