clearex...first time using it...any tips?

hey this is my first time flushing with clearex.....how many days would you recommend flushing??? and are the leaves supposed to turn yellow when they're ready? i mean....does that mean that all the nutes are out of them? or can the leaves be green with no nutes in em....? ...because previously i just used plain ph'd r/o water, flushed for 7-9 days and the leaves still stayed green...so i chopped em anyways, but alot of pre-harvesting pics i see, all the leaves are yellow...

From what i know the leaves can still be green. The yellowing is the sign of a def. not being clean.

I here poeple using it to clean there drip and mister systems from salt build up so they dont clod up.I just flush with plain PH water.Like Knottyd said the yellowing is from something else.That's one reason I like flood & drain systems better.Some strains like alittle more nitrogen then others.Got a pix it will say a millon words. Peace

never used it before but am planning on using it for the first time in a couple more weeks..flush at least a week i would say
