for the last couple of years i've been growing ebb and flow.i want to try aeroponics,i need to know if the pump sprays 24/7 or if it cycles on a timer like in ebb&flow? all help would be very appreciated.

i believe it is on cycles like 15min 4 times a day. but im not hydro or aero expert lets wait for someone to chime in for a definite answer

well i have mine set to operate 15 on and 15 off 24/7 other people do other things and there are a lot of opinions on here about it

Hey What's Up!!!,, Welcome To GreenPassion, Very Nice To Meet Ya, You Will Be Happy Going With Aeroponics, I Guess You Will Be Working With A Low Pressure Aero NFT On Steriods System??&Yes There Are Many Winning Combo's Here,,



Here Is How I Like To Do It & Have Had The Best Results, & No Root Problems, But
24/7 I Only Use For The First 24 To 48 Hours In My Aero-Bubbler-Ponic-Cloners, Then After That On 15min. / Off 30min. While They Are Rooting.

Then When They Are Moved To The Aeroponic Pods Or What Ever Method You Are Going To Use, Light's On - 15min. On / Off 60min. / Then Back On For 15min. ect... Then Light's off - 15min. On / Off 4 Hours / 15min. On / Off 4 Hours ect...




This Like Purplehaze4u Uses With Success, Only Thing Is When Light's Are Off They Don't Need Our Use That Much Water, + The Pump Running That Much Is Heating Up The Res. And Extra Pump Use Will Shorten The Life Of The Pump. Not Saying You Are Wrong In Anyway, This Is Just What I Have Experienced & My $00.02 Worth..

When The Light Are Off All They Need Is To Get Wet & Then Have A Good Airing Period.
