Default Question about Fox Farm Soil & coco fiber

If one was to run out of Fox Farm soil towards the flowering stage and desired to transplant, is it possible to move the pot inside a blend consisting entirely of horticultural coco fiber?

Another question might I ask advice is which Fox Farm medium is preferably used for a seedling stage and may that particular mix be transplanted into another Fox Farm mix after the beginning stage?

My growing medium supplies consist of 3/4 a bag of Ocean Forest and a large bag of horticultural coco fiber along with some aerating additives. These were fortunately left over by a previous enthusiast.

the guy at the hydro shop recommends ocean forest for seedlings... don't fert for about three weeks after planting though. I've used ocean forest by itself a few times and never had problems besides settling and having to top off the containers sometimes. Sometimes I re-pot the plants with fox farm light warrior, and others I use ocean forest for re-potting and have noticed no difference so i'm not sure what to suggest to you. I would see if you can get more ocean forest and use that to re-pot your plants. hope that was some help to you and good luck

Yes I looked through the Fox Farm website and noticed a recommendation for Light Warrior as a seedling starter. I also noticed many threads of concerns for the strength of Ocean Forest for young plants.

I am very curious about the horticultural coco fiber. I suppose switching medium unless very similar may be a drastic change which could thwart adaptation.

I will try to get the Light Warrior; Happy Frog looked very interesting too. I really did not want to purchase anymore than what was left behind for a new venture but I predict investments will be made regardless.
