Mmmm, sounds to me like something foxFarm invented. There are plenty of formulas for grow mediums on this site...B

Yes, I agree with Brussels. Knowing foxfarm products, I am sure it is a good mix, but expensive. I am sure this mix of Videomans will give you the same if not better results as it has helped many here. Here is a link to it, and it is a lot cheaper to do it this way.

a simple organic recipe that works well

Hope it helps,

Peace

Wow Fly that sounds like a premium mix most definitely. If you were to mix all of that together then it seems like all you would need to do is water. You would not even need to get nutrients to feed. I have read that FoxFarm is high in micro + macro nutrients and provides a smooth grow. So many people have evidence of their products all over gardening forums. I guess if you want a sure grow then they are the way to go. It does sound pricey but I am sure the crop will be worth it. I would love to see the results myself.

I am legally growing 18 plants this summer. So for me saving money was a big deal. This is what I did.

15 bags of FoxFarm worm castings
20 bags of Walmarts cheap mix
2 huge (nearly 5 ft. tall) bags of peralite
2 boxes of domilite limei
