i tried to buy some promix

With just top soil I would add about 40% Perlite to it, along with some Bat Guano (about 5%) and another 10% Worm Castings. So, one bucket load of soil and the another bucket will be made up of Perlite, Bat poop and Worm castings.

Blend the two...should PH to about 6.5, and be good for your babies.

Yes you do.Perlite and green sand. One tablespoon Lime per gal of soil.Top soil will clum together and hard for the plant to grow without the sand and lime to buffer the PH of the soil.Organic addatives VM posted a mix that will take you through veg&flower. PEACE

Ever pick up a bale of it? The shipping price is right on. Try Agway if youre on the east coast. Or Southern States. Got it for 21.00 at Agway. They have bigass bags of perlite and peat pucks for cheap too.

I bet he adds 40% perlite, a handful of bonemeal with nothing else in it, per gal, (like a 1/4 c, maybe a bit more) and a small amount,(like a tblspoon) per gal of bloodmeal. That is v-mans mix anyway. Let me know if this is what you are looking for.

Ok funny thing , i went to menards looking for soil, not expecting anything, but i fornd promix, with Mycorise, and a sea compost, So far the stuff is great. Dont under estimate, the power of the teen managers.
