Default Do earth worm castings contain enough humic acid?

I've started using 25% EWC in my soiless mix, and have stopped feeding humic acid with waterings. What's the consensus on EWC as the only source of humic?

So far I've seen no difference.

Default

the general concensus is that worm casting have it all, but keep an eye on them and just take care of any problems.

Talking castings and kelp

yea from my experience, when I use castings in my organic grow, there is very little more that I usually need... "WORMGOLD" brand is castings and kelp. Kelp is just as amazing as the castings, and the two together are just the ultimate bing bang BOOM!
