It is a MTF and it smells soooo goood and it's so sticky. There's a strainer full of buds and the smaller bucket has an ounce or two of the teeny buds. The large bucket holds the rest of the vegetation. The plant was started indoors in February and transplanted at the end of March. Wish I could share some with you guys. Ya'll are all like aunts and uncles to them. LOL. I will do the best I can to have enough for all.HEHEHE, I'm gonna be messed up. |

Rep Power: 0 | | If you were close enough
You could. LOL. I share. I'd like to sit down and pass the peace pipe with a few of the members here.I water cured a batch and the smoke is pretty nice. Great stuff for late evening if you know what I mean. The trichs were just cloudy with a few 1/2 amber ones. Out of money, no more bought from the dealer stuff. This is why I grew this pot. I put about 1.5 lbs of bud in the cooler yesterday. I use a cooler to water cure. Everything is going through the water except the ones I pollenated. Even going to do all the shake, then I will make oil out of the rest. No hash. Quote:

nice job wb456. After I read the info on water curing I knew that was how I was going to cure my batch of buds. Now I just have to get the leak in my RO system fixed before the trics go amber .. DOH!

Rep Power: 0 | | Results of my first large water cure
I would mark this down as successful. If you go up a couple of posts you can see pics of the before amount and what is in the shoebox is what I realized, after curing and drying. I still have taste and I still have smell. Not quite as strong as air cured but enough to satisfy the taste buds.
I used a 48 qt. cooler that I added 5 gallons of water to. This made a water to canabbis ratio of about 4/1. The cooler lid was cracked open and the whole works covered by a large box. Here's where I think I kept the taste and smell. I spent a few months in China back in 04 and noticed that the workers always carried a jar/jug of water with tea leaves in it. They would just set it out in the sun and when needed or wanted a drink they took a swig. They only refilled the water part of it all day. They set it in the sun to warm the water thus leeching the goodies out of the tea. I used warm water on the first two fills. Do not freak out, I did not mess up though, there was a possibility. The water was warm NOT hot. I was in a quandary as to how to remove the water from the buds. I am dealing with a vegetable type substance am I not, so what the heck I went to BiMart and spent $15 on a salad spinner. I drained the water from the cooler, snipped the nuggets from the stems and did a handful at time and it took maybe 15 minutes from start to finish. The resulting product was laid out on a screen and dried in just a few hours. This is MTF, the buzz is delayed, so beware, it is a very uplifting high making me think the top of my head is not attached. | | The Following User Says Thank You to justplainbill For This Useful Post: | |

Rep Power: 0 | | Cola from 25 y/o Purple seed
A friend of my wife's used to grow this strain back in the early 80's. This was one of hers. As I remember it was really good (why keep the seed if not). Pretty Sativa, 10 ft tall and lanky. Long colas. The trichs are 1/2 amber on this baby.
Oh yea I supercropped it. Can you tell?

That is Saweet!
Looks a bit "overjangelized", which is what happens when ya hang too big a weight off the top!
Nice cola though...should be some sweet bud, soon!

jangelized. A new word in the dictionary of canabbis culture. Right on. Though I did pick the idea up here I did not hang weights om it I pinched it and folded it over a while back. Pretty much every top.

Rep Power: 0 | | Little plant cola pic
This is from the taller of the two stunted MTFs. If you can call 2-1/2 ft tall, tall. None of the regular sized plants colored up as much and this is also a plant I pollenated with a syringe. The plant is full of seeds. Anyway these pics do not do the color of this bud any justice at all. It is a frosty blue gray.

guess i better hit the books again lol | I got from this batch of seeds. Must be the Indica showing. I do not think this is a normal color for the strain. Most of her sisters are 8' tall with one other shooting up only a single stick and being 18"tall at 9 months old. I am getting colder here but no frost yet. Some of my other girls have color but not nearly as much. I had another plant of this seed that went sativa and I almost yanked it thinking it was a hermie, but glad to say I didn't and got a nice haul out of it. |

Purdy colours!!! | The seeds on this little gal are from a Papaya cross. I am going to try them in my next phototron grow.
How long does it take for a seed to mature?
