 Time to check for Hermaphrodites!
Its the time of the year to make sure you dont have Hermies. I missed one a few years ago and it seeded the whole crop.  I just went out to admire my girls this morning and found a Hermie! My Chemo is starting to flower pretty nicely, with pink and white hairs and WOOOOO! Its got male pods coming out of the sides of some of the flowers. What a Bummer!  Its got to get the Axe! O'Well. At least I still have 1 more indoors and she looks OK so far.       |
