My new outdoor grow

Ok, This is my second grow. I have had my plants growing for 6 weeks now outside. The weather is cool nothing below feezing.
I made one of the CO2 reactors. The plants love it,mabe a little too much. They grew like 14 inches in a couple weeks. There is about 4 inches or more betwwen leaf sets on one of my females.Is this streching?
I have the plant in a 10 Gallon bucket. all compost soil with sand and some dog hair. They are getting fed Alaska MORBloom,Fox Fam Bigbloom. I also have a unknown male/female right next to her they are the same age. Just not showing sex they have both been topped. I am hoping too get some bud before the days get longer.

I would like to know how to remidy the stereching?

Hey dude....if you are growing outside, than expect some stretching, as this is normal for a plant grown in the sun.

The only way to overcome that stretching is to veg inside. lol

You shouldnt worry though, if you are flowering outside too, the yeild will be worth it.

Not sure if I can help the stretching (the Sun is a long ways away...they're gonna stretch some) but I want to be sure that you want this plant to FLOWER now? Might be tough doing that outside with the days getting longer, but then again what do I know?

Well i have no choice but to let them flower. No other place to put them. It gets dark at 6pm and sun up after 7am. so i think i have a month and a half to let them flower in 12/12.

This time of year I veg inside and flower outside. I will put my plants outside to veg in early May.

I am hoping to start a few clones in April that I can place in a couple secure locations come late May, but those will be the first outdoor plants I've grown.

Down here it will be about 3 or maybe 4 weeks and we can plant.It is getting harder to grow out doors here.Ever sense the fires in 98 and last year, the forest rangers and alot of other poeple flying around looking from the air.I got a big bag of good bag seed and I'am going to take along hike and may camp at the end of the day and hike back the next day.Havent done a out door for along time.PEACE
