Hey GSR,

How often do you get to visit your girls. I think I would want to just camp out there, and wait until they mature and finish. What a way to spend a few months.

I look forward to going up there once a week. Things happen automatically.I do want to camp, but we all have to keep up with the daily grind, you know. I could explain to you all about this AREA but that would be getting to close for comfort. It really is fun, but just think of the work in October and the concerns that go along with that. Its a huge process at the end of the year

Yeah, don't give too many hints. I, for one, could not be trusted if I stumbled upon such a sight/site. I'm sure that my sense of good fortune would overwhelm any ethical values I may have entertained.

Once again, awesome, awesome, awesome, etc., etc.,......

Hello, all

I got back from the patch last night and I have some great news. For some reason all but one plant, (Northern Lights) have begun to flower
I figured its two weeks early, I'm not sure why, something to do with the environment/smoke Anyway I'm not complaining, maybe the plants wont get as big this year and we may finish early

Here are a few pics I want to share. The first I picked because of its shape. Merry Christmas. The second is of a local strain and some Maui in the background. 3rd is my favorite Maui, cant wait to show off this one.

Beautiful! Do you add anything to the soil GSR when you plant your girls? Mine do not look at all as good as yours, but I think they maybe do not get as much light. My bad. I have nother spot I will be planting this week with clones so we will see.

jangle,
Back in February when In prepared the soil I had it professionally tested and received recommendations specific to this soil. I basically got a recipe and mixed and mixed and you get it.
This patch is at about 4,200 feet above sea level and the soil has been well taken care of for years. As you can see lots of high altitude sun and smoke this year.
I cant recommend enough the importance of getting the soil tested and follow the professionals advice. And remember big area for the roots the bigger the plant will be. gene specific though.

What I have been doing is mixing promix large bag, an outside one, sheep manure, 1/2 bag sea compost, some bone meal, ff american pride, little blood meal, and lime, and adding a bushel sized amount per plant. Lot of work, but worth it! One turned male after I planted it and the roots went to china and where really big. Looked good to me for a month and a half. Plant was 5 ft tall. I have a meadow filled with raspberry canes for my clones so that should be fun. Nothing will go in there! and gets tons of light. good raspberries too! LOL! I will have to wear armour though!

I will work on getting the soil tested for the future. Thank you for the wisdom, my friend.

Peace.
