I kicked off a flowering room right before going on a weeks holiday. When I got back I realized I had somehow set the 'time of day' 6 hours behind

I wanted a 9a-9p dark period since the setup is in an attic which is going to get HOT in 2 months. Its currently dark 3pm-3am, which means the 1k is burning during the hottest part of the day.

Now I've got a good variety of plants 1 week into flowering, I don't want to risk herm-ing my fleet...Can I dial back the flowering period an hour per night over the course of 6 nights for a total of 6 hours time shift?

The setup will need a portable A/C in summer during the day.. running the bulb at night would save on cooling electricity.

I don't see that you would have any issues at all with that, providing it was a 1 hr. daily change in the start time. Run 'em for the full 12, just change the start time by 1 hr a day.

No worries...they should be fine if you do it gradually.

I had one plant that developed into a full blown hermie. It's got M/F flowers at every node. This was the only plant of 13 females to show pollen sacks after the lighting shift. The good news is I have eliminated potential herm-tendency genetics. The bad news is that was the only female of that strain that I had... other 12 are looking great tho, so it's no-sweat.
