Default Never heard of the term Scrog!

Im sure some of my questions are going to sound stupid. My bad!!

What is Scrogging?

It stems from the term SOG - Sea of Green.

It stands for Screen of Green. You use a wire mesh - a screen - to support and align plants.

In old school slang it means the same thing they mean when they say "hook up" these days.

That makes sense. I thought that sea of green was reffering to the methods used when you crop out a certian number of plants every week or two. Im connecting some dots now I think.

I was thinking that once you have this kind of set up, engulfed with your lovely ladies. It would make it difficult to move around any pots or to pick up your baskets to look at your roots things like that. Can you pretty much achieve the same thing by tieing up your big colas to grow stakes?
