Wow thats all sorts of stuff they must love that. Is that the only feeding you give them during flowering? If not how many other times are you feeding them and with what if you don't mind me asking?

yes, I feed them for the first few weeks every time I water. Usually about half of what the bottle says. And I always give them molasses. Once the trichs start going cloudy, I only give them water with Molasses. NO nitrogen (fish stuff) after the first couple of weeks. I find the first couple of weeks, they are still growing, adding hieght and stretching in the light, so the N is needed. a plant in flower can triple in size by the time it is finished. The first feed after putting them in their new home though is vital I find. They just jump into growth, under the hid and add bud sights fast then. I do not get any shock in my plants transplanting them either.

Peace

Hi Zig. Once the trichhomes start getting cloudy, I don't feed them much at all. Just molasses and water. It can take up to 3 weeks after that for them to be turning the amount of amber we like. It clears out the nitrogen so you do not get that grassy taste when harvested.

Wink More purdy pictures!

A few shots to show how my ladies are doing....and some LST'ing thrown in.

Let me know if ya like 'em!

First is all three together, then various shots of buds and how I have LST'd them.

The last 2 shots shows really well how the LST'ing has lowered the canopy of the plant and made all the bud sites get equal light. It is the same plant, from the side and then from the top. I cannot find the actual lead cola, they are all the same size from doing this. Kind of like a scrog with LST'ing.

This is all Ambrosia.

You will see through all my girls the chains I use to hold the branches down. I find using chains makes it so that you can adjust it very easliy by adding length or reducing the length that is pulling down a branch. This makes it really easy for me to keep the plants even and get the light onto side bud sites, which, after a while, are as big as the main cola. Kind of looks like the Japanese yews do after a while.

Also, if you look at the plants outer most branch tips, in a normal or vertically grown plant, that would be the top tip of the bud. All the buds INSIDE that are from side shoots coming out of those main branches. and you can only do that if you pull those branches down to get the light to those bud site.

Good job jangel. You won't get the flaming colors indoors, that's too bad. Those buds look pretty tasty.

Thanks WB. Not sure about not getting colours. It is getting pretty chilly in my flower room at lights out so I just might get some colours. It is hi 72f and low 51. doesn't seem to be bothering them in the slightest though, and some are turning a bit purple! I will show you in a day or so.

Thanks for taking a look WB.

Peace

Okay, here are some more pics for your viewing pleasure!

Here are some shots of my girls in the flower room. Of course, under the hid and and with the fan going, the pics aren't the best, but you get the idea. I will take you on a walking tour of my grow room. It is only 4 feet wide, and I have just a narrow path, which works well for just me. Not good for two people in there, one has to get out for the other to get to the veg area! Good thing I am not big! It is difficult for my 6ft man to go in and turn around at the end. LOL! But easy peasy for me.

I was very lucky, all the shelves where already there. And they are wood. To make my veging area, I just removed one shelf at the back. These shelves where over 2.5 feet wide, so it was ideal. I also have cup hooks with wire & yarn strung along the undersides of 3 shelves where I hung my harvest last fall. I have just left them there for when they are needed again. They do not get in the way, as they are only an inch lower than the shelves. I also have eye bolts attached so I can move my florescent tube lights around where ever I want them at any time. I have 2 more bath bars with cfls I am not presently using but they can be used anywhere. My veg lights and fans are all hung on chains to make it easy to adjust them, however I wish. The veg area is aprox. 4 feet tall so the plants can get fairly tall and having the side lights helps the inside and sides of the plants to get light, as that is the prob with floros they do not go deep into the plants.

You will see in my veging plants how I have LSY'ed them to go sideways. ALL the side branches reach the hieght of the top cola and will have the same size buds as that cola on them, as you can see in the flowering plants. This is where they start it. They look strange now, but you will see all the sides shoots going up up to the t-5 light.

Here are my HGS blueberry, doing wonderfully. They have not yet gone alternating leaves, but still are starting to show sex. It will take time, but those first horns are appearing, so I will be watching for them to choose which way they are going to go!

Also, in the fall I dug up this little plant that did not do well and brought her inside to reveg. She has done well. I just have her over to the side under a t-fixture with just 2 cfl's. Looking not great, but hey she is flowering again! I would not do this again unless I somehow got rid of all the soil as I think this is the culprit that brought in the fungas gnats. She seems to be doing alright now, so i have left her, too late to do much about it by the time I knew it was a problem.

Last three pics are of 2 of my clones, Lethal Purple. They are doing well, thank goodness, as most of my others this age did not make it through the fungas gnats. These are showing sex as well, one has huge calyxs she is showing, on such a young clone! These will be flowered at the same time as the Blueberry.

Hope ya like them all,
Peace

One other thing: I veg all my plants on 24 hr light. I just have always done this and I do not think my plants have suffered at all. The only time they see dark is when put to flower. Then they go "WTF! HURRY UP! AND FLOWER!"

I have personally heard this so don't tell me plants don't talk! LOL!
(...must be a stoner!)

No problem with the plants, just the grower! Between the holidays and the site, I have kind of not been up to snuff. i will post pics later in the week. I am soooo behind! I have about 150 pics to crop and adjust for posting! Just no time, plus I worked a lot over the holidays. I had a beautiful male blueberry I have crossed with my regenerating plant and I just put her into my flower room. She looks full of seeds so that will be interesting!

Just keep the faith and I will post next week to update this. Just too much happening! Not easy being the boss aiy?

Thanks for dropping by to take a look.

Peace

Love your set up with those shelves. Looks like you did that on purpose. Very nice each stage appears to have it's own area. So much easier to keep things organized.
