That can only be decided by you. I personally won't grow on rented property but i know of at least on person who does. He runs 4x 400 hps in a spare bedroom but i will ask you what i asked him. "What do you do when the landlord knocks on your door?

all depends on your landlord man...its a risky business growing on a rented property but i have done it and know others who continue to do the same. like i said it all depends on how your landlord likes to handle business.

well if he comes to the door i just pay him rent its not like the owner is allowed to come in an check or r they ,, i know its risky but its the only option ///cause i needa lanlord that will smoke all day with meee is that the answer HEY PASSWORD what did ur friend say
Anytime someone besides yourself has the keys or access to the property it is risky. If something breaks in the rental property the landlord will also be controlling who else comes in and out. Keep that in mind if you wish to proceed.
One question i have to add is are u ready to combat the smell? carbon filter ect. I grew a few strains that were not bad during veg and mid flower but got very stanky last few weeks of flowering. I had to add a filter to my box and got a few aroma can things that coverd it. I wish i would have put something better in place sooner cuz i came home to a bit of suprise and got a lil scared i would have to chop them down.
