are u talking about co2 because co2 will help ya plants grow faster and yeild more only thing is your going have change it ever week or so - 1/4" O.D. plastic tubing (ice-maker tubing)
- a 1.5L soda bottle
- one or more 500 mL soda bottles
- an inline valve for 1/4" plastic tubing
- two 1/4" tube to 3/8" M adapters
- two 3/8" F couplers
- Teflon tape
- active dry yeast
- sugar
thats the cheapest way to make co2 u want to hang it above your plants beacause co2 is heavier than air hope this helps. | | The Following User Says Thank You to bongtoker For This Useful Post: | |

I do have forced air to the room, a vent in the room.
I can set a 24/7 fan in the duct to the room to pull the air out of the duct work with no back wash.
yes?

I think you're going to have to import the air, either through vent or with tanks of O2 and CO2.... Creating an 18-20% O2 atmosphere with enough Co2 ppm and an abundance of Nitrogen doesn't seem doable. Night time respiration of plants produces co2 but it's not feasibly a self sustaining reaction. Think you'll have to find an intake somehow, but someone else may be able to enlighten us both.

I don't see a problem there, the vent is a blower, yes?

Import! (And Export!)
... Otherwise I suggest starting with stuff they use in space... Although it would be fun to create a completely sealed grow chamber to experiment with "Space Weed" -- weed grown in a sealed environment.
(Any X2/X3 fans out there? :P)

My bud room is all getto and on the cheap. I do have some air flow in and out ,but alas Im sure not enuff. So I sleep with my plants and exchange gasses with them , works for us. And they like it when I read stories to them ...like Grand Canyon , Great Smoky Mountains ,Old Growth Fir Forests ect... its all good.
