i have 2 plants and they are not doing any thing they have been sprouted for like 5 days and the seed leafs are still closed

This is usually one of two things, forced germination or soil PH is off.
If the husk has come off and it simply won't open, try raising the
Hu AROUND the seedling with a plastic cup or wrap.
