Default Ericaceous

hi guys hows everyone
Well just a quick question ....
DO weed plants grow better in Ericaceous compost or not . as i have some john inns compost and it says for lime hating plants . can someone help me out as my plants are 5 weeks into flowering now and the new leaf is starting to curl in like curling up at the sides and in towards the centre vain of the leafs . any help would be greatful .

Highly acidic (ericaceous just means acidic) root environments can lock out magnesium, which will cause the plants to twist in the manner you describe. I'd either throw some dolomite lime down, or just hit them with some water than has adequate magnesium and a pH of 6.5 or so for soil, 6.0 in soiless.

im sorry but dont have a camera .
i got told might be mag deficency so added some epsom salts but dont think that has helped . so now trying some fert 12.5 ,25,25 npk

if mag is locked out adding epsom salt probably wont help.
