Smile Can I ?

Its getting hot here and my cabinet is Hot.My little 2 gallon pot doesnt seem to hold enough water but for one day.I suspect my temp in the nite with the lights on is 95 or better.
My tricromes are 1/2 clear,1/2 cloudy and I have been in flower for 35-40 days.I want to take my buds and revege.
Now I have built another room and have seedlings on 24 Hours light. This room is 4'x 4',6' tall with dedicated a.c.
Question is ,Can I reveg this plant that is in flower, and make a mom from her,and let her hang with these seedlings?
Can I expect to get clones off her in time?

Hi Pine Boy. Yes, you can. Just don't cut all the leaves off her when you harvest. It could take a while but she should regrow. Check out Videoman's "It Lives!". What I am planning to do is all my plants are on 24/0 light and many are showing sex. I am going to put them in the dark for 3 days, (the ones that are going outside) They have never seen dark before. Then plant outside and they will think it is fall. Once they have finished flowering and I have harvested the buds I will leave the plants in the ground and see if they will again form buds for a later harvest. From all I have read this should work.

Read up on re-vegging in the Grow-FAQ. I think it is there. Or just search re-vegging.

Good luck. You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain so why not?

Hey Jangel,I dont have tons of exprience on this but when you go from artificial light to sunlight ,anticipate massive stretching.I have done this twice and my plants needed tomato cages to stand up.

I found a few threads on the reveging thing.I really have nothing to lose but one thread suggested slow growth even on the clones from the reveg.I really dont want a slow growing plant.

When I woke this morning and cked. on my plant she was really droopy and wilted. My a.c. in the house(window unit) cant get the temp down with the lights on so I have to either move it to the new room and finish her out there and bring the seedling into the hot cab or reveg and do em all together. Make sence?

I don't know that that is true, Pine Boy. I think of course the plant will be shocked from the trim and that is when the growth slows down, but after that genetics is genetics and what the plant goes through is not a memory on the clone. You really have nothing to lose and it is a learning experiance so give it a go! And tell me what happens, "Curious minds want to know!"

And I have a ton of cages. I will see how it goes. The ones I have outside now are not stretching. They are males and have been outside for a couple of weeks. Not even in full sun, so we will see. All learning!
