Looks like he came in from outdoors. Are there alot of them? Did you bring any plants into your home recently?

Yes, they do suck the juices out of plants. Very commen outdoors. I agree with Lucky on this one, did you bring something inside from your garden?

Bugs do get into our houses. So if he is mush now, I would not worry too much.

check your plant's leaves for light green discoloration that runs in small streaks. That's thrip damage. Hard to spot when youve never seen it before. People often think it is a growth abnormality within the plant. Almost looks like tiny rivers of light green in your leaves all squigly.
