when a seed vendor refers to a strain being "Indoor" and "Outdoor", They are referring to what environment the strain has been acclimated to. It doesnt refer to its lineage directly, it refers to where they adapted and bred the strain, as a way to direct the grower to find an adaptive strain for their own climate
