| it is a vitamin additive touted to have wonderful reinforceing growing properties. You only use a very small amount. I use it sometimes. Especially on plants that need a bit of help. Like a tonic. I use it on my extablished clones, on my rooting clones, mixed in with some rooting hormone in the water, and also on flowering plants to give a bit of a boast. Don't over use it. Some say it helps, it can't hurt, and then fredfarted swears it does nothing and he is a genius grower. So it is up to you. Kind of one of those sideshow wonder things everyone uses. Follow the package directions and try it. It can't hurt sweetie. Peace
