unless you live pretty close to the equator I would keep seedlings in this time of year
Living in Australia, so we're now coming into spring, it's pretty sunny and warm here now.

Yes in the past had reasonable experience germinating, but still a newb at this. Followed their instructions pretty much, I'll see how I go with the other seeds before contacting them first.

If you germinated before w/success I would let them know and see how they respond....baywatch has the same problem it may be a pattern they are unaware of yet....give them a chance to do the right thing

Looks like I spoke too soon, I decided to try some drastic surgery on the one seed that hadn't germinated. I popped it open and removed the white bit inside (Whats the real name for that?) I then threw it in some moist dark soil and it's started to grow.

Very happy.

So we're now 17 days since it poked it's head above ground, I've been growing under CFL's (~130W of 6500K cfl's)

It seems to be going ok, more leaves popping through and the water leaves are dying off. Seems to be growing fairly slow though, also the leaves look slightly yellow ish to me. Any thoughts from the pictures attached?

Been growing in organic soil mixed with vermiculite / perlite. And watering with filtered water with a drop of superthrive added.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but 1 out of my 10 sprouted and appeared all was well, but unfortunately I also killed it within 48 hours and caused it to shrivel up and die. This was my error and a learning lesson as I believe possibly the soil got too dry. The other 9 I got from Nirvana have no signs of life and I'm ready to toss them out. They look rotten.

Perhaps I didn't germinate correctly though the one and only that sprouted from Nirvana stock was in the same zip lock bag with moist papertowel as 9 others and the one and only that sprouted seemed aggressive and took only 24-48 hours to get a nice taproot while the rest seemed to just rot out. I'm not sure if it was the way I germed, or if perhaps the seeds were just not mature enough. They did look awfully small and "baby-like".

Oh well - I'm down to one baby that seems to be thriving and it's one I found in a Kush bag from 7-8 months ago. I don't even really know what strain it is, and I'm sure luck will have it that it will be a male, but figured I'd practice on it until new ones arrive.

I have now taken preventive measures to keep the soil moist by setting up a tub with air stones that bubble up and splash the jiffy pot keeping the soil moist. It seems to be working very well as roots have already poked through the pot and are reaching for more water.

Anyone have an idea what strain this might be? You'll notice the very bottom leaves got a little dry and yellowed, but after I set up the bubble system, it's taken right off and seems very happy and appears healthy.
