I use a blender and whip it full of air and pour on.. they love it.

The most comprehensive study on the use of molasses I've read is at: the3lb.com
I've been using it for years, and it much more for flowering/fruiting plants than simply add carbs/sugars. It's worth the read...B

I have used it in Hydro, and my plants love it. And so far no problem with the pumps. I have used 1.5ml per gallon
