Let's say I have a few plants in a flowering cabinet, and since it's been hot this summer, the lights go on at 9:30 PM and go off at 9:30 AM.
But now the weather's cooling down and it would be great if I could switch the light cycle to be on during the day instead of at night. Maybe 11 am to 11 pm. Can I do this suddenly, or should I shift the cycle by a few minutes a day? Or should I turn them off for a day and then start up again with the new cycle? I don't want to confuse the plants about their gender or anything...
I'd love to hear what you guys think about this.. Thanks in advance for the replies. |
Okay, When You Switch Them Over Don't Let The Light Come On At 9:30pm Like They Have Been But Stay Blacked Out Tell 11:00am Then Back Off At 11:00pm, And They Will Never Know The Difference, I Have Done It Many Times & They Never Miss A Beat..
