Hermey Clones....

wonderfull, one of my babies is growing balls. i have some clones growing of that plant right now, i took cuttings before flowering.... will those clones end up hermy too. was this plant a genetic hermy... if i bought from a reputable seed bank? or will the clones be straight female, as the mother is only hermy as a result of stress, or a half hour extra light for 2 days (forgot to shut veg door).

it appears as though pollen sacks are growing pistols, ive never seen anything like it. ill get a picture up soon

I would be looking for another reason, plants are pretty resilliant during the vegging stage. Is it possible it could be something else that happened during flowering?

i could of done a little too much pruning, right before flowering. i pruned and took clones the day i switched to 12.

I would not assume the clones will be hermie too. Unless you repeat the same process as last time, and piss em off again.

Grow em out, see what happens.

I don't know if thats a male nut or a growth defect.
Is that the only spot on the plant that you see strange growth?Or is it in more than just that spot?

i picked it off the plant and took it apart, it was def a male part. and that was def a pistol coming out of it. there are other straight male parts that im picking off by hand in hopes to salvage some decent bud off this plant

If they hermed *that* easily...I wouldn't count on future generations being free from the trait. In fact, I would start over and wouldn't use the clones or take the chance. IMO, at this point your time/space would be better spent popping new seeds that are herm-free.

I agree with btdt might be looking into a different strain. Something more stable. Any of the ATF off shots seem very dependable.

...i also did some super cropping, overfertilized the crap out of em accidently, and some pruning of lower branches/leaves about a week into flowering ..... hehehehe im going to finish out this plant, and watch the new clones closely when they flower. i lost track of which clone was from which plant cause i thought they were all female (dumb move). so i dont want to give up on all my rooted clones. i also have some new seedlings goin so hopefully ill have some decent clones soon.
