Growing my own seeds?

I was wondering is it possible to grow my own seeds instead of having to buy them after i use them up? Because ten seeds isn't really a lot of seeds. Thanks.Peace.

Absolutley that is do-able, however my understanding is that why go through all that mess, when you can clone all grils from a outstanding mother..

Heck if I can clone, anyone can...

Sock is on money with his advise. Cloning might be your answer, but collecting pollen works too. In fact here is a tutorial on collecting pollen, and infecting your plants with it.

clones are best for consitency of course, but if you like surpises (not all good) then let your plants go to seed in a controlled way as explained by the thread vid posted....most crossed of f1 (first generation seeds) are more uniform than f2 (crosses of the first generation) - and most genetic reshuffles from great seeds end up less good...but not always...some may be even better or just different....either way have fun

I had the same quandry and did save males. But I have had such success cloning and now have mothers of all but one kind, that I only got males from. I also cloned him so it is up to you once yours show sex. Make sure though you keep him away from your girls or it will make all your plants bear seeds. Even going to see him and then your girls can pollenate them. Just ask Pappy or Toke.

I am still new to growing and have yet to start my first grow because i am waiting on a medical marijuana card to come in for my mother, but what exactly is cloning? Like do i need a random seed to clone it too from a mother plant or can i just start a plant growing from soil without a seed. If anyone has some good links it would be much appreciated. Thanks.Peace.
