Can I use LED grow lights along with my hp lights or will it screw things up????

light is light, in a nutshell, as long as it is in the same spectrum, in coordination with the grow. ie, veg or flower

Generally speaking, the more light the better. The only worry would be ventilation / heat for new lights. LEDs are probably less of an issue in this arena however.

LEDs can be excellent for supplemental lighting. Their spectral output is ideal and you can place them anywhere to get to the lower parts of the plants. The fact they produce almost no heat so you can have them right against plants with no risk of burning, they use a fraction of the electricity, and they last years longer all make them a good investment. I’d recommend avoiding the cheap 15 watt 225 light panels though, their light output isn’t enough for more than a houseplant.

I have trouble telling the difference between reality and fantasy and for sure nothing I have to say here has anything to do with reality. I couldn’t afford World of War Craft so this is much cheaper entertainment.
