Your best bet is to start reading, The Gardens Forum, then you will know were to start asking questions,,, And we are always ready to help... check out what kind of soil you want to go for, organic is the way I like it, Then check out your lighting for your plants and the ferts you will use,, At first it seems like a lot of info to take in, just take it slow and all will fall into place..

ok....keeping h2o at 5.8 and 6.2 for the ph, temperature at or abot 65 for now, there only at about 6 inches tall. im in a 3ft high 3 ft wide and 5 1/2 ft tall closet. running on a 175 watt hps light, how long should i run light for? also using dutch master nutrients..... any other advice?

18 on 6 off for the light. I think you might keep the ph a little lower for hydro, but im sure someone will chime in. Get a fan blowin on them also

ph for hydro 5.5-5.8. If you lower it do so in steps so you dont shock them
