You are most welcome. I am very serious about you coming along on this journey of learning with us and your own Bonzai. The more we have doing this, the more our own wisdom will grow and we can all exchange questions and answers with each other and hence help many. So just give us some info on where you are with this and join in the fun! So far there are two of us doing it, always room for more!

Peace

Jangel,

This is a pruning technique that I too have trouble grasping, and I believe it may be a critical "tool" for the medical users in my state.

Fact is, they are passing a new "rule" that says we can have 6 "mature" plants and up to 18 "immature" plants.

The guideline for mature vs. juvenile is that a mature plant (according to their funky ideas) is any plant OVER 12" high, or wide, or has the slightest showing of a bud. Yep...telling the truth here....they are out of their collective minds, but it may become law no matter how hard we fight.

SO, to sum all that up about the only way I'll ever be able to keep and maintain a Mum plant is if I Bonzai them, and keep them UNDER 12" x 12" until I need them to make me some new clones.

I want to learn this technique and then teach it to the members of CannaCare so they can begin to maintain some mom plants as well, instead of starting each grow from seed. I know of no other "legal" way we can continue a strain.

ISO
