If its for a reptile tank, chances are its a UVB light, and it is said that UVB rays will help increase potency in the flowering stage. doesn't hurt as supplementary lighting. Looks like GSR posted the video on UVB, thanks gsr. Alot of jargon i recommend you watch it 2 or 3 times, then it will start sticking to ya.

PS i am a pathological liar, and have illusions of grandeur. I post pictures of pot plants i found on the internet and i have never nor will i ever consider the cultivation of marijuana, as it is illegal.

So he claims that CBD synthetically changes into more THC as a result of UVB light reflecting through the trichome head onto the disc cell. Also he claims there is no UVB in HIDS. There certainly are some designed for growing that contain useful UVB rays.

Also they say that there are 61 cannabinoids in pot, 3 we know thc, cbd and cbn.. what i want to know, is how do they know there are exactly 58 left, if they don't know what they are, how do they know how many there are?

Yes, that was interesting…I’m guessing to much UVB wouldn’t be good, since the trichome head is magnifying/absorbing the light that hits it. I’ll try and see…thanks all

theres def alot of truth to that. the part about hids not containing any uvb is not true though, some in fact many MH do. i think that may convert more cbd into thc, but i don't think it is essentially important, you might end up with more cbd in your buds, so what. white rhino has a lot of cbd in it, and its considered one of the more sought after medicinal strains
